Tech Lead of equipment development in single measurement and automation equipment, participate in production line equipment development.
Cooperate with mechanical team, communicate with customer, solution review with cross team. Electrical system detailed design, BOM and drawings, software programming. System debug, verification, training, documentation and buyoff. Collect and sort lessons learned inputs from across team.
Support project management through development process, ensure project in milestones time, in budget.

Qualifications:
            
A Bachelor degree or above in automation, electrical or electromechanical engineering, or similar field.At least 3 years of development experience in calibration/ measurement and high volume manufacturing automation equipment, at least 1 year project management experience.  Familiar with motor measurement and integration of common measurement/automation components (instrument, DAQ cards, PLC, robot, cylinder, motor, etc), electromagnetic interference, normal solving solutions. Preferred if familiar with interface circuit PCB design..Software engineering knowledge. Proficient in LabVIEW and TestStand programming, common database and communication protocols, such as access/SQL/MySQL, SPI/I2C/CAN/ GPIB, TCP/IP, Socket, etc. Certificate CLD or equivalent skills required, ability to establish company level unified labview platform for large and medium-sized measurement projects. Familiar with PLC software development, C# optional..Familiar with equipment / line developing process, project management. Skills of equipment cost evaluation and mechanical knowledge preferred.Familiar with Lean / six sigma tools, especially DMAIC, MSA, GRR, Cpk, Correlation, Takt time, cycle time, DFMEA, 5why, Fishbone, DOE, etc. Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified or above preferred. Good MS Office Suite skills helpful.Strong leadership across teams, result focused, demonstrating influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution ability.Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, can work flex hours for meeting with foreign customers and international travel if required.
